About the role As a Practice Manager in our Chatswood Chase Clinic, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team-driven environment. A day in the life: Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care What we're looking for: Prior Practice Management experience in a General Practice Clinic Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing nursing and administration staff Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations What you'll get from us: Discounted Private Health Insurance Exclusive discounts on gym memberships Relocation assistance through Myhealth on the Move (available to current employees) Ongoing training and development A supportive and collaborative team environment STI Bonus Incentive available I’m excited to join!
